I am super excited about the upcoming LIVE! Virtual Book Event happening tomorrow, Saturday May 9th from 11AM – 9PM EST.  You may be asking, What is this event and how can I participate? Well let me help you out.

I developed this event as a way for Indie Interracial Romance Authors to interact with each other and our readers after having to cancel book event after book event due to Covid-19. I had been looking forward to seeing my fellow authors and avid readers this year at in-person events, but alas what’s a girl to do? Create your own event!

So what’s the tea? How does this thing work?

I have gathered some of the best in the game to gather in the name of books and interact with you right there in your living room via Zoom. It will be just like being at an event without having to get dressed. Each author/vendor will have a ‘Virtual Table’ where you can sit and get to know them. For 15 minutes, each the featured author/vendor will chat about their books, themselves or their business. Feel free to ask questions and get to know them.

During each presentation, the participant will provide a KEYWORD. Collect as many as you can and who provided it. At the end of the event, you can enter the drawing for some wonderful prizes. The person with the most correct KEYWORDS & who provided them will win the Grand Prize! The next 4 readers in line will also win a prize pack. We also have several special guest including The Juicy Bartender who will pop in to give us a couple of demonstrations on how to construct the most delicious cocktails you can imagine. We will also welcome cover models, Jose L. Barreiro and Martha Boss along with event organizer and originator Kassanna Dwight of IRAE.  Phat Ash CEO, Sedrick Dunson will make an appearance to talk about his wonderful cigar themed t-shirt collection that inspired my book, A Phat Ash Christmas. We have podcast gurus Sapphire J. Blue and Mahogany SiverRain, as well as book promo experts from BWSL, I Love Diverse Romance, WLK Media and Love 2 Read Romance.  You don’t want to miss this fun time!
