This week’s choice for the LoveRotica Book Challenge is from the sub-genre Alpha Male! Honey Yes! I love a good alpha male and this one did not disappoint. In fact, it was so good, I read the entire series. I give you Yes, Boss, book 1 in Juliana Conners’ Bad Boy Office Romance Series. The other books include Please, Boss and More, Boss. They are stand alones, but it is beneficial to start with book one and read them in order as the characters intermingle.

Here’s what I think:

Madilyn is a new associate at the most prestigious law office in town. Her new Boss and founding partner of the firm is a hot older man who takes on mentees after each new hire class. The women he usually chooses are beautiful and serve as his pet as well as a law associate. All the new hires are vying for the position to ‘serve’ Mr. Asher Marks.

Asher is super possessive, arrogant and bossy. His sense of entitlement knows no bounds. That is until his new choice for pet of the month refuses him. Make no mistake, she definitely wants him, but she has reservations about being the boss’ pet. He is intrigued by being denied what he wants and decided to pursue her.

Eventually, she dumps her boring boyfriend who refuses to make love to her and decides to get her feet wet with Asher. Well not exactly her feet, but she definitely gets wet! Asher takes her v card in both places and she loves it. They have a hot steamy sex life in the office that eventually turns into so much more.

I enjoyed this book and look forward to the next book in the series staring Asher’s best friend Cameron and his assistant Ruby. I give this one 4 kisses!
